Our Croydon team is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious, full-time Senior Landscape Architect with good design and project running experience to provide support on a wide range of landscape projects.

About the role

  • You will run projects providing creative and technical input, working with other members of staff to ensure successful delivery
  • You will take responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants and for the day-to-day running of projects from inception to completion and beyond
  • You will actively participate in the development/mentoring of junior members of staf
  • You will have the opportunity to work for a wide range of clients – private, commercial, third sector – on a wide variety of project
  • You will have the opportunity to work in sensitive environments to help deliver projects of social, ecological and historic value

 

Your skills and experience

  • Post-graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) with at least three years post qualification experience
  • Demonstrable ability and experience in design and project management – from concept to detail, construction and contract administration
  • Good arithmetical, graphic, and verbal communication skills
  • A strong working knowledge of Vectorworks/AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite applications and Microsoft office
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent written and spoken English

In return we offer

  • Salary of between £37,500.00 – £45,000.00 depending on experience
  • Leave entitlement 20 days plus bank holidays, rising after 4 years continuous service, and additional days gifted during the Christmas period
