Details

Newhall is an award winning Urban Expansion Project in Harlow Essex. The emphasis on place making and design quality, in addition to maximising development potential, has won high praise from CABE and RIBA. Our work with Studio REAL creating the Phase 2 masterplan ensured the balance between green infrastructure and development footprint. We have gone on to produce the design codes; the ecology masterplan; phasing and planting plans; open space, play and tree planting strategies; detailed designs for pocket parks, play areas, SUDS features and hardscape features. Preparation for forthcoming development phases continues.
