Brief

Our developer client had permission for a replacement house on the site of a previous smaller house, but had also acquired adjacent agricultural fields and wanted to maximize the development value of the whole site.

Details

We relocated the house altering its orientation to allow a more attractive approach drive and gardens, and to give it views out over the fields. Planning permission for the house and a small stable complex was granted. Our client estimated that our work had increased the overall value of the property by at least one million pounds.
