Portfolio Masterplan

Sports Masterplan, Regent’s Park

The objective of the masterplan is to intensify and increase sports use within the Park whilst protecting and enhancing its historic fabric for the enjoyment of all its users. A new sports pavilion, designed by David Morley Architects, is set into the ground with changing rooms at the lower level and a small glass pavilion above set on a raised terrace with commanding views across the sports pitches. Meadowland with new parkland trees envelope the pitches and provide the setting for a circuitous path around the sports areas that improves the northern parkland for non-sports users. We are currently advising on the landscape setting for the new Goals five-a-side football pavilion on the site of the former Holford House which forms a part of the masterplan site.
